1. What is the cost of shipping?

Enjoy free ground shipping on all prepaid orders over $95 within the Continental U.S. This offer applies to the following product categories: Trophies, Wood Trophies, Plaques, and Resin Trophies. For other shipping options, such as 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Freight, charges are determined by package weight and distance from our factory.

2. When will my order ship?

Standard orders for stock products typically take 1-3 business days for processing, production, and engraving. If you need it sooner, same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 12 PM Central Time on in-stock items. Custom trophies and plaques may take up to 5 days, while custom medals, pins, and rings can take 30-45 days. You can track estimated shipping and arrival dates anytime using our Shipping Estimator. You'll also receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

3. How long are shipping transit times?

The shipping transit times below are estimated, if your package(s) ships ground. If you need your package(s) expedited, please upgrade your shipping service to 3-day select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air depending on your timeline.

4. How can I track my package?

You’ll receive an email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see this email, please reach out to us at orders@trophydeals.com or call/text us at 936-349-0300. Don’t forget to include your name and order number!

5. Why am I being charged for shipping if my order is over $95?

This may be due to items in your cart that aren’t eligible for free shipping or your shipping method is not Ground. Please check for items in categories like Acrylic Awards, Crystal Awards, Custom Awards, Bulk Trophies, and others listed on our site. Free shipping applies only to trophies, wood trophies, plaques, and resin trophies. We do not offer free shipping for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Freight, charges are determined by package weight and distance from our factory. 

Returns, Cancellations, and Order Issues

1. What should I do if there's an issue with my order?

If you encounter any issues, please email our Customer Service at orders@trophydeals.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Include details about the issue, any relevant pictures, and your order number.

2. How do I return my order?

Please email orders@trophydeals.comto request a return. Please note the following:

• Issues Reporting: Any issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
• Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
• Return Authorization: Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative. A tracking number for the return shipment is required.
• Restocking Fee: All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom items, crystal, acrylics, plaques, and engraved products are non-refundable.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Please retain photo documentation of awards to ensure proof of condition.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

3. I haven’t received any emails about my order. What should I do?

Our system automatically sends updates when your order is processed and shipped. If you haven’t received these emails, please check your SPAM or junk folder. If you still can’t find them, contact us at orders@trophydeals.com or use our Order Tracking page.

4. Can I change or add to my order?

Due to fast processing times, changes to approved orders are generally not allowed. If you need to update shipping, billing, or contact information, please reach out immediately at orders@trophydeals.com. Any additional items will require a new order.

5. What if an item is missing from my order?

If you notice something missing, email our Customer Service at orders@trophydeals.com within 24-48 hours with details about the issue, any applicable pictures, and your order number.

Price Guarantee from Trophy Deals

1. Do you price match competitors?

Absolutely! Trophy Deals offers a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price for comparable in-stock merchandise, we’ll not only match it but beat it! Just provide visible proof (e.g., website link or flyer).

Engraving Questions

1. Can I enter engraving details online?

Yes! During the purchase process, you’ll be directed to a Personalization Screen to input your text. Please ensure all spelling is correct, as we do not perform spell checks. The first 40 characters of engraving are free, with a fee of $0.25 for additional characters.

2. Can I add engraving text to a custom award?

Yes! Most awards include an engraving plate area, allowing for personalization. Check our engraved plate page for options.

3. How can I add engraving to the back of my medals?

Please add item number  “MEDPLATE” to your cart and easily add your personalization text online. Please note: our engraved plates come separately from medals. If you would like the engraved plates pre-added to your medals, please email orders@trophydeals.com to request this service. Please note, we do charge the following fees for this service:

For medals under 750, a $30 service fee will be charged. For medals exceeding 750, a $80 service fee will be charged. For medals exceeding 1,500, a $300 service fee will be charged.

Order Questions

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are also accepted for public and private schools. For any specific payment inquiries, feel free to contact us.

2. How secure is my payment information?

We prioritize your security! All sensitive information is encrypted using SSL technology during transmission. While we follow industry standards to protect your data, no method of online transmission is completely secure.

3. Why was my card declined?

Declines can happen for various reasons, such as an incorrect billing address or daily spending limits. We recommend contacting your card issuer for specific details. Note that declined debit transactions can lead to temporary holds on your funds.

4. What is TAC? (Type Associated Cap)

We charge an 8% TAC on orders outside of Texas to maintain the same competitive pricing amidst rising material costs. We offer over 30,000 products, and do not have the man power to increase all product prices.

5. Am I responsible for duties/taxes on international orders?

Yes, customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt of international orders.

6. What’s the best way to place my order?

Ordering online at www.trophydeals.com is the fastest and easiest option. You can enter engraving details and create a profile to save your favorite products and shipping information.

7. Do you offer special packaging requests?

Yes, customers may submit instructions on how they would like merchandise packaged and labeled. We charge $5 per box. Anything exceeding 30 boxes will be charged a flat fee of $300.

Custom Logo & Artwork Orders

1. How do I submit my logo?

Upload your graphic file in the “Upload Your Graphic” box on our website, or email it to sales@trophydeals.com. Accepted formats are JPG and PNG. For optimal quality, ensure your file is at least 300 dpi.

2. How can I create custom artwork for my product?

Request a design template by emailing sales@trophydeals.com, or consult with our graphic designers for assistance. A small design fee may apply.

3. How do I request custom artwork services?

To request custom artwork, please email sales@trophydeals.com with your order number, item details, and any design specifications. We offer custom graphic design services starting at $45 an hour.

4. How can I request an artwork proof?

Email orders@trophydeals.com for your artwork proof. The first two proofs are free, with a $45 fee for subsequent requests. Custom artwork is $45 an hour. Semi-Custom artwork is $25 an hour.

5. How do I order custom-shaped plaques and trophies?

We can create custom shapes from materials like acrylic and MDF wood. Pricing is based on the square inch of your artwork. For detailed measurements, please contact us directly.

6. How do I share my Canva Artwork with Trophy Deals?

In order for us to export the highest resolution artwork file from Canava, we will need you to do the following:

• Open Artwork in Canva
• Click “Share” button in top right hand corner
• Share withcontactcentertrophydeals@gmail.com
• Email us when complete

Product Information

1. What is a resin trophy?

A resin trophy is made from a synthetic material that is molded and hardened for a durable finish.

2. What does die-cast mean?

Die-casting involves forcing molten metal under high pressure into molds to create intricate designs.

3. What is trophy trim?

Trim refers to decorative elements that complement a trophy, such as eagles or sports icons.

4. What are wind holes?

Wind holes are semi-circular cuts in banners that allow wind to pass through, preventing damage.

5. What is a trophy column?

A column is the decorative support that connects the trophy base to the figure.

6. Why are there lines in my marble base?

The lines, known as veins, are natural and unique to each piece of marble, adding character.

7. Why is the trophy height different from what I see online?

The final height varies based on the figure or riser selected. All online sizes are approximate.

8. Do trophies come assembled?

Yes! All trophies under 20 inches tall arrive assembled. If a trophy exceed 20 inches tall, we may ship the figure and/or topper separately to prevent damage and reduce shipping costs. Our figures and trophy toppers can be assembled in seconds by following our instructions below:

1. Can I transfer engraving from one award to another?

Unfortunately, our website does not allow for the transfer of engraving. You can either re-enter your engraving for a new item, email us a screenshot, or call us for assistance.

2. What if a figure or insert I like is not available?

If an item is out of stock or discontinued, please contact us to explore options for your desired figure or insert.

3. Can I order individual parts like figures or ribbons?

Yes! For special pricing on individual trophy parts and accessories, please reach out to
